The Right People

Conco crews are self-sufficient, professional and quality oriented. All Conco supervisors and field specialists have extensive experience in right-of-way vegetation maintenance applications. Conco employees are fully trained in CPR, safety, and first aid, along with an implemented fitness for duty program that includes a DOT compliant Drug & Alcohol policy. Conco also maintains Commercial General Liability insurance coverage covering all operations required to complete the work.

Safety Is Our First Priority

Considering the nature of right-of-way maintenance work, safety is of the utmost importance to us. All of our right-of-way maintenance equipment undergoes a daily inspection. At Conco, every measure is taken to educate, train and maintain a high level of safety awareness with our employees. In addition to the safety and operations training our right-of-way maintenance personnel undergo, our supervisors also conduct a daily safety meeting with their crews.
